I resent being questioned and treated like a child when I know my body and she obviously had NO CLUE in what she was doing. Because of my health conditions I know to drink water and I have to all the time. I told her what she was doing wasn't right and she needed to stop, she tried to blame me for not drinking enough water, except I am a medical patient with chronic, debilitating health conditions, I am well aware and do drink plenty of water before hand and all day. This hurt so bad, especially with the vasculitis I told them about repeatedly, at this point I was dry heaving and light headed. Second person did even worse, she began to repeatedly siphon pumping the blood from a small vein in my hand, filling a vial with bloody foam but all foam. She actually followed the needle hole in the center of the bruise from a lab drawn not an hour before, even I know better and of course, no luck on blood so. Come tell me about it when you get past 20 and health catches up to you. Rude staff at front desk (thunderbird) when I got back, even after mentioning various debilitating health conditions and recent stroke gal talked about how it was "just stupid" to have insurance and how she doesn't. I had a horrible experience at Sonora quest lab. Now last of all Mr Ricardo works at the Sonora Quest Laboratories Blood Bank located at 603 N Wilmot Rd, site 141 ,Tucson, AZ 85711.Now last of all from me to all of yous may God always Bless and Watch over all of yous and yes all your very wonderful family members and friends too forever and forever God Bless. Sonora Quest Laboratories Blood Bank Phlebotomist Ricardo Positive Feedback ! Husband has als and kidneys have been compromised by neurogenic bladder due to als so now Sonora is putting my husband’s health at great risk due to their negligence in handling labs and lack of follow up. Of course can’t call anyone nor is dr office open until Monday. It’s been 4 days since initial submittal. ![]() It’s now Saturday morning still no results even though should be back even with regular status. Hoping to have in time to get before Dr office closed so could start treatment plan. Said could take up to six hours to get results. After speaking with rude non cooperative rep Jesse at Sonora finally got rep who got labs changed to stat 10am Friday. Supposed to run labs stat due to delay and mix up. First Sonora lost lab slip took five calls by us and nurse to get corrected and took until Thursday late afternoon. Understand why culture not back yet but bloodwork should be done. Had labs drawn Wednesday blood work up and culture.
